Terms and conditions
Provided price is
based on the detailed instructions given at the time of the booking. Any
changes are subject to additional costs/surcharges and our ability to provide
additional services.
Cancellation policy - 2 hours.
Tolls are always charged both ways.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We guarantee vehicle class and can not book an exact model. We reserve
the right to provide free upgrade from "Sedan" to "SUV" without notice.
Arrival at the destination depends on numerous factors and can't be
guaranteed. Always book your car for earlier time.
Client is fully liable for all other charges as result of seat/equipment
damage.
Vomit, spills or gum in carpet clean up starts at $150.00.
Vehicle can't be loaded over seating capacity.
We take no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal
belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.
We are not responsible for delays caused by directions instructed to the
driver by the passengers. Driver knows his way, if you prefer another way
- it's your responsibility and you are expected to provide directions till
the end of the trip.
We are not responsible for conditions outside of our control like traffic
conditions, weather, flat tire or mechanical break down.
We can't monitor trains, cruise ships and private/charter planes,
therefore waiting time will be charged if delay is 15 minutes or more.
If you missed flight or can't locate your driver, call us immediately to
avoid being charged full price for "no show".
