How to make a reservation?

Read carefully information on this web site and, if described services
meet your needs, call our number. Dispatcher will ask: name,
date and time of service, how many people are
traveling (sedan can't take more than 3 adults), what kind of
vehicle you need (sedan or SUV, we don't offer stretch limousines),
pick-up location, destination location and if you need a return
trip (please have flight information ready).
If your flight changes - contact us right away and provide updated
information.
Best way to avoid misunderstandings (like 6am
VS 6pm)
- always make it clear when you need a service (morning/evening).
After talking to dispatcher, you can send us an email to
 with your trip information
(EXAMPLE) and he/she will confirm your request.
We recommend 24 to 72 hours advance reservations. We don't take
reservation more than one week in advance except for return trip airport
pick-ups.
In most cases (not always) in the day time we have available car
on a short (1-2 hours) notice.

How to cancel a reservation?

Cancellation policy - 2 hours.
Call our number (or send an email), tell dispatcher your name, address
and time of reservation you need to cancel.
If car entered your driveway or stands by requested address - our work is
considered to be completed. Driver will not live without full
payment for reserved trip even if your plans have been changed and you
don't need transportation anymore. Local authorities will be involved if
needed. Cancel in advance or pay full price!

Airport pick ups.

When you make a reservation for an airport pick-up, make sure to provide
correct information. If you change flight - call us right away and provide
updated information. If provided flight information is not correct and
such flight is not scheduled to arrive at provided date/airport - we will
not be able to dispatch your car.
Chauffeurs will meet passengers by the baggage claim area or in the
designated meeting point. Parking fee is $6.00 per hour (subject to
change).
You can avoid paying parking fees at Newark Airport (EWR) by asking
dispatcher for pick-up by the door. When your flight arrived, you received
baggage and ready to go, call us and tell dispatcher your terminal and
door number.
Location for pick-up by the door: departure level (for Terminal C
- international departure level), one of the last doors of the terminal
(never use doors 1-4).

Why you don't accept
credit cards?

After August-September 2008 market is not the same and our previous
executive limo/car service niche has disappeared. In order to stay in
business we decided to change our profile to affordable transportation.
To make prices lower and attractive to general public we had to
illuminate all unnecessary expenses - credit card processing (with all the
disputes and time consumption) is one of them. After all necessary steps
we were able to reduce prices from 30% to 50% for listed towns.
Attention Credit
Card Processing/Merchant Services companies representatives - we
are not interested in your services - please don't waste our and your
time.

Just recently we changed our profile from executive to affordable
limo/car service. People and equipment are the same. Cars are nice and
clean. People are used to provide right service.

this situation ask bartend to call a local taxi company. Never drink
and drive!
As NJ Limousine service provider we offer prearranged transportation. We
don't offer "bar rides" and service for "right now" at the night time.

don't offer (and legally are not allowed to provide) a taxi service. We
are registered NJ Limousine Service provider. We offer discounted and
affordable limo/car service with prices starting at $50.00 for any ride
originated in listed towns. If you need a local "few blocks" ride, contact
your local taxi company.
However, if you need a nice appearance for a local event, we can help
you. Gratuities, waiting time and all applicable surcharges will be added
to the price.
